PLEASE READ health notice and legal disclaimer before purchasing this product.

Chamomile: High in Manganese, an important mineral for making collagen, the thing that keeps your skin elastic.

Burdock root's anti-inflammatory and antibacterial components may help different skin conditions, like wrinkles, eczema, acne, and psoriasis when applied topically. A small observational study found burdock may help with inflammatory types of acne. Because of its antiseptic properties, taking Burdock Root can help to reduce the bacteria that cause acne. It can also help to reduce toxins, as well as providing anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce the redness and soreness that go along with conditions like mild acne, rosacea, or eczema.

Lavender tea is thought to calm nerves, lead to better sleep, improve skin health, and provide many other benefits, though research is scarce and mostly focuses on lavender extracts.

Lavender has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties, both of which are impressive at promoting skin healing and keeping you flushed with health.

Dandelions are rich in antioxidants and the nutrients found in the flower can help with improving your skin's condition by protecting it against the sun, helping reduce inflammation in the skin, and helping new skin cells grow.

Blueberries are high in antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients. Together, these may support your skin's ability to fight inflammation related to acne, psoriasis, eczema, and premature aging.

Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease. While some brews provide more health advantages than others, there's plenty of evidence that regularly drinking tea can have a lasting impact on your wellness. (March 2022.)
